STAFF Present: Craig Coney, Peggy Kendrick, Kim Etheridge and Helen Brown
I. CALL TO ORDER: Mr. Jimmy King called meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

ACTION ITEMS
A.
Approval
of Audit Services for Career Alliance, Inc.:
A motion to approve the audit firm of Plante Moran was made by Mr. Gary
Isham and supported by Mr. Jerry Ragsdale.
A discussion was held regarding what the WDB would like to have Plante
Moran audit which includes monitoring findings.
Mr. Tadd Harburn, a representative from Plante Moran stated that they
will audit what is required and if the Board requests other things be looked
into, they will do that also.
